How to get a personalized pet scarves?
1. Send us a high-resolution photo/picture of your pattern design. mailto: jasminecheung@petsandp.com
2. We will finish a personalized pet ice pack image according to the photo/picture your sent. Generally it will take around 3 days.
3. Before the personalized ice pack finalizing, we will send you the design draft for confirmation. You may suggest where needs to be modified. (We will modify it once according to your requirement before confirmation.)
4. After the personalized ice pack image confirmation, we will send to the factory for producing the scarf. Generally it will take around 7 days to finish the production.
5. The package will send to the desinagted destination after printing finished. Delivery period will be different according to different destination.
